You can create non-expiring links, view their statistics, and manage them. A sign-in link will be sent to your email.

Links are valid for one month and are removed afterwards.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — Terms) govern your use of the short link and QR code creation platform URL Shortener (hereinafter — Service).

1. Account creation and scope of Service

Free access: You can access extended Service features by entering your email address and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Registered user capabilities: Logged-in users can create, delete, and edit short links and QR codes (change the target address), as well as write private comments for their links.
Retention periods: Links created by registered users are stored and redirects are performed free of charge and indefinitely (as long as the Service exists).
Use without an account: If you create links without signing in, such links and QR codes are stored and work for 1 month from their creation date, after which they are automatically removed.

2. Account and data deletion

The user has the right to delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, all related data, including created short links, QR codes, redirect history, and comments, are irreversibly removed.

3. Prohibited activity and reputation protection

It is prohibited to create links or QR codes that redirect to illegal or harmful activities.

Phishing: links to fake websites aimed at stealing personal data.
Malware: links that distribute viruses, spyware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
Illegal trade and services: links to websites offering illegal activities.
Copyright infringement: links to pirated content or websites violating intellectual property rights.
Violence and hate: links to content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred.

4. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is. The Service provider is not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites to which user links redirect.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how URL Shortener collects, processes, and stores your personal data when you use the short link and QR code creation service.

1. What data is collected and why

Email address: for user identification and sign-in.
User content: long URLs, generated QR codes, and private comments.
Technical data (redirect statistics): only the click count is recorded (total and aggregated by day and link). Visitor IP addresses, geolocation, or other personally identifying data are not collected or stored for this purpose.

2. Data retention period

Registered user data is stored as long as the user uses the Service or deletes their account themselves.
Links created without signing in and related technical data are deleted after 1 month.

3. Data transfer to third parties

Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be disclosed in cases provided by law.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

Right to access the processed data.
Right to request correction of incorrect data.
Right to request data deletion (right to be forgotten).
Right to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI).

5. Cookies

Only essential functional cookies or session identifiers required to maintain the login state are used.
